Because all beads offered by TouchStones are one-of-a-kind originals, we are using an email ordering system. Orders will be handled on a first come, first served basis with email date/time stamps being the determinant. We will make every effort to remove or mark sold items on the site as soon as possible.

We accept money orders and cashier (bank) checks in US funds and also Paypal payments.  No personal checks will be accepted as payment. All items are sent out USPS Priority Mail. Insurance is provided free on orders over $100. Insurance is optional on any order under $100.00 and can be discussed and verified via direct email. Mailing rate (which includes shipping and handling fees) is $5.00 inside the continental USA.

Items will be shipped when payment is received. To arrange payment and shipping outside the USA, contact us for the added postage. Buyer will pay all added postage.

To order, email us at this address listing the coded item(s) you wish to purchase and the payment method you wish to use. A confirming email verifying the sale will be sent back, requesting shipping address if your payment is cashier check or money order.  Paypal orders will ship to the person and confirmed address listed on the Paypal account.

If you are ordering a Custom set of TouchStones, please fill out the questionnaire and click on "submit".  Do this in addition to sending your order-request email.  We will reply, acknowledging your order, with payment instructions.

Classic TouchStones purchases must be paid in full before mailing and will ship on receipt of payment. (as stated above)

Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit with your order. Shipping time on Custom orders will vary and will be verified by direct email.
